People complained about this shot because the beetle is bad for the flower - I didn't put him there, I just photographed him!
I wanted to delete this one and didn't know how. . . still learning to blog!
Hope you enjoyed this week's version of Wordless Wednesday, please take the time to sign in below and leave a comment! THANK YOU and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Ooo I love these pics. I absolutely love how you captured the bee on the flower in the last pic.
Thanks for commenting on my WW too. Have a wonderful WW and Happy Thanksgiving!
Echinacea is one of very favorite flowers, the blooms last and they always seem to attract tons of butterflies.
Why'd you want to delete this? It's great!
Nice macros!
Beautiful shots. I love flowers too.
The first first one is beautiful. I love taking photos of flowers too. Thanks so much for stopping by and please come back again (and often)!
I just love flower shots - I especially like the one with the bee - I am discovering that the close up the better, as far as nature photos go, and that one is great!
Beautiful ! I am sure going to miss seeing flowers over the winter.
Your love of them shows in these photos! Thanks for stopping by Spatter. To answer your question, it was taken at Mabry Mill on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia near the town of Floyd. It is a water trough for that mill...
No, that last shot is perfectly placed. The small photo almost seems like a signature gif. Neat. It goes well with the post.
And I have lots of pics of echinaceas, too and of bees on flowers. Just haven't posted them yet.
Thanks for stopping by. Happy WW and Thanksgiving.
Those are beautiful! I can't believe there are any still blooming. Ours were done back in September. Coneflowers are one of my favorites and the big, fluffy bees just love them too. I always enjoyed my neighbor's, but now I need to plant my own. :D
Ohhh, beautiful pics!! Especially love that first one - just gorgeous!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
I love taking photos of flowers! They make the perfect subjects, especially if a bug is involved. A lot of times I take a photo and discover later that a little critter is living in the flower. :)
Those are pretty flowers. Seeing flowers make me smile inside.
Sooooo beautiful!
Do you live somewhere warm where flowers are still blooming? That is the only thing I dislike about being in Pennsylvania - no flowers for most of the year. It is so beautiful here during the spring and summer, but then it's all gone.
Absolutely beautiful!
These are beautiful photos :) I love the colours in the first pic :)
Happy WW and thank you for stopping by!

Enjoy your Thanksgiving, I know I enjoyed my visit here today. Thanks for stopping by!
Your photography skills are very good. Did you teach yourself or take classes? It's been freezing here so it's nice to see some pretty flowers. Happy Thanksgiving my friend!
Beautiful shot. I love flowers too. When I did a little compilation of a pictorial ebook of love quotations, I used picture of different flowers.
Gorgeous pictures - daisies are my favorite flowers. I especially love the bee-shot, too.
Thanks for visiting me :)
I love flower pictures and these are gorgeous!
